Learn the basics of sketching the human head, including drawing from a live model!
Students will work with pencil and paper, discovering the main shapes of the head, and learning how to simplify and sketch in the eyes, ears, nose, mouth and hair. We will practice from photos and at the end of the day, complete a line drawing of a live model. Students will take home the knowledge of a basic process they can follow to create recognizable drawings of people they know.
