Shipping policy

All physical items will be mailed out via Canada Post within 7 days of purchase. 

Digital items purchased will be fulfilled within 3 days of purchase. 

The option to pick up your item at our office at Art House is open to anyone who is able. You will be contacted after purchase to make arrangements with one of our board members. 

Please note we are a volunteer run co-operative and are only able to ship items one time per week unless other accommodations have been made.
