As a producing member of the Gravelbourg Artisan Co-operative, you will receive the following benefits:
- The opportunity to connect with other local artists and makers for collaboration, inspiration, and guidance.
- Increased earning potential. Producing members have the option to sell their product on our website, at GAC run pop up shops and member showcase events. The GAC will regularly promote all members on our social media pages and producers will be featured on our website.
- Exclusive access to our equipment lending library and makerspace at the Gravelbourg Convent.
- 10% discount on all purchases made at our pop-up shops, member showcases and website.
- Space to use to hold your own art related workshops or events.
- Eligible for discounts through group purchases of art and craft supplies with other GAC members. You will also have access to our wholesale supplier to make your own purchases.
Producing members will hear first about upcoming GAC events, markets, sales, etc. before they are made public and get discounts on tables at our annual markets.
All potential members must first apply and have the Board of Directors adjudicate their work.
Supporting Member: $20 Lifetime
As a supporting member, you will pay a one-time, lifetime membership fee of $20.
Upon receipt of your membership card, you will be entitled to 10% off all purchases in any GAC member showcases, pop up shops and on the website.
You must show your card or proof of membership (member number, ID, etc.) to get your discount.
Friend of the GAC: $75 Lifetime
As a Friend of the GAC, you will pay a one-time, lifetime membership fee of $75.
This tier of membership entitles you to:
- 10% off all purchases in any GAC owned or operated pop-up shops, member showcases or retail location.
- 10% off admission to any workshops or events put on by the Gravelbourg Artisan Co-operative.
- You are entitled to discounts when we make art and craft supply purchases in bulk as a group. Members who use similar supplies can benefit from bulk discounts by making joint purchases through our wholesale supplier.
- You are eligible to make purchases for yourself through our wholesale supplier website.
- You will be listed on our website as a supporter of the Gravelbourg Artisan Co-operative.
- If you have more than one member of your household that is interested in becoming a Friend of the GAC, you can purchase up to two extra memberships for a discounted price of $40.00 and still get all the same benefits.
